Shipping Information

Orders of in-stock items are typically shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order. Weekend orders will be shipped on Monday. Delivery is usually within 2-5 working days in the USA. Monogrammed orders usually take five to ten days to process, please note on the order form if you need your order by a certain date. We will contact you if we cannot get it to you in the time limit you specify. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll notify you of any shipping delays of over two weeks. Packages shipped within the continental United States are shipped U.S. Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. All orders over $50.00 are insured and require a signature. The shipping and handling fee chart for U.S. Mail is listed below. If you would like for us to ship U.P.S. or Federal Express, the chart below does not apply. We will email you the FedEx or UPS charge before sending it to you. We can only ship to a P.O. Box using U.S. Mail. We can only guarantee delivery to an APO or FPO box within the United States and within a time frame determined by the military or governmental carrier. Continental U.S. shipping rates are applied to all orders destined for APO and FPO boxes. Please allow 5 business days for delivery after an order is shipped.

Purely Princess is responsible for your order up to the point that it is recognized as delivered by the U.S. Postal Service, UPS, or Federal Express. Once the order has a confirmed delivery, Purely Princess is not responsible. If you would like a signature required at the time of delivery, add a note to your order requesting insurance. There is a $2.50 fee to insure any order.

Return Policy

Only items in their original condition and packaging are able to be returned

within 10 days for credit less a 25% re-stocking fee, but not the shipping.

Sale items and special order items are not returnable.

Cancellations

Cancellations on any product already shipped will be treated as a return.
